Because our products are handmade with love, please allow us 2 to 4 business days to carefully craft and pack your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, standard delivery across India usually takes 4 to 7 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email once the order is dispatched.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery charge of ₹50 applies.
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original UPI account within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
